Raised on her family’s cattle ranch in California, Kiah grew up surrounded by hard work, tradition, and deep love for the land. Today, she lives with her husband and children on a small farm in Louisville, Kentucky—continuing the spirit of where she came from while choosing a new way forward for her family.
Her journey—from agriculture to global stages—mirrors the heart of her message: we can honor the roots that raised us while courageously questioning the stories, beliefs, and expectations we inherited. Through her own experience with body image, burnout, and identity, Kiah discovered that true healing doesn’t come from becoming someone new—but from reclaiming who you’ve always been and giving yourself permission to evolve.
