How does this time of year always sneak up on me like that… This time of year feels special to me for several reasons, but a big one is because it marks my “healthiversary.” Yep, it’s a thing. It was 2018 and for the first time in my life, I committed to showing up for myself and my goals to END the year instead of putting all the pressure on the new year. Which is something perhaps you might want to consider too, friend… So, let’s dive in!
